Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Initially booked for a night, but gradually kept on increasing the days and ended up staying for an entire week. Was planning to stay an additional 3 nights but they were fully booked for the weekend which I have to blame on my spontaneous trait lol! They were apologetic which made me feel bad for my lack of planning because they did increase my stay for the last seven days as each day went by, so I did push my luck there. Got addicted to the coffee they dispensed in the reception area, started drinking 3 cups/day. Food and room service were brilliant. Very peaceful atmosphere. Purpose of visit was Kamakhya Temple, all the hotels near the temple were fully booked during Ambubachi Mela. Although this hotel was around 6km far from the actual temple, I got a bike ride to Maruti Car dealer/petrol pump on Assam trunk road which was the halfway point for the temple (3km) and walked an additional 3km which meant I wasn’t stuck in traffic, and got a really good workout. The riders charged around r/s70 each way from that point to and from the hotel, and around r/s120 to r/s 150 (by bike) to the actual temple when the mela ended.

Staff and reception friendly and cooperative behavior. Well maintained room with all the necessary amenities. Very nice common sitting area/lounge.
